5. Payment and Cancellation
Payment for most services is required to be pre-booked or prepaid online unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel any service if payment is not received. For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy available below.
6. Service Area
Southampton Dog primarily operates on the East End of Long Island. Services requiring transportation, such as the Dog Taxi and Dog Limo services, may extend to New York City as necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
Orison LLC and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, economic loss, loss or damage to electronic media or data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Website; (ii) your inability to access or use the Website; (iii) any conduct or content of any third-party on or related to the Website.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Website after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.

Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, or your use of the Website, will be governed by the laws of the state of New York.

Cancellation Policy

At Southampton Dog, we understand that schedules can change. However, in order to provide the best services to all our clients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Dog Training
Training sessions must be cancelled no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% refund. While we strive to accommodate date changes within a 3-day period, if no available slots are found, the session will be cancelled with a 50% refund.
2. Boarding
For boarding periods exceeding three days, cancellations must be made no less than 7 days in advance. For boarding periods of 1-3 days, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
3. Dog Photography and Videography
Sessions must be cancelled no less than 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
4. Dog Sitting
For dog sitting periods exceeding three days, cancellations must be made no less than 7 days in advance. For dog sitting periods of 1-3 days, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
5. Dog Taxi and Dog Limo
Services can be cancelled at no charge if notified 24 or more hours before the service. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a flat fee deduction of $50 for Dog Taxi services and $100 for Dog Limo services.
6. Walking
Walking services must be cancelled no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% refund.
7. Trips and Adventures
These must be cancelled no less than 5 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations with shorter notice will result in a 50% refund.
These cancellation policies allow us to manage our schedules and ensure that we can offer our services to as many clients as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
